1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products offered by PureHardware to its customers in Morocco.
2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Products are offered subject to available stock.
3. Orders
Every order placed on the site is confirmed by our team, usually by phone or WhatsApp, before shipping.
4. Payment
Payment is made on delivery (COD), in cash, upon receipt of the order.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Morocco. Times and fees are specified upon order confirmation.
6. Returns and warranty
Defective or non-conforming products may be reported within 7 days of receipt. All products carry the official manufacturer warranty.
7. Personal data
Collected data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
